We work with you to understand the W’s to inform our strategy, making suggestions that support thinking outside the box: Why do you need this role? What goals are you trying to achieve? What value will the role bring to your organization? What type of candidate would enable your team to thrive?
We scan the market to strategize what companies, professionals and networks we will leverage in our process. We scope out thousands of professionals and decide who to target based on the role, the beliefs of the company, and the mandate for success.
RECRUIT & INTERVIEW
Once the market has been filtered with these parameters, we actively recruit, interview and test candidates. We present you with a shortlist of diverse candidates, all of whom meet your upfront criteria. However, we are frank and direct to share where each candidate fits and does not fit into your organization. From here, the choice is yours to make.
We work with you to develop the ideal interview strategy by customizing the right number of interviews and creating probing questions designed for each of the final candidates.
MANAGE THE OFFER
We manage all the finalist candidates with care. For the chosen candidate, we professionally handle presenting and closing the offer.
We follow up with the candidate once they have joined your organization and relay back pertinent information. We also give you a sense of your brand’s perception in the marketplace and any competitive intelligence we have learned throughout our process.
